During phishing simulation engagements, we process employee interaction data (e.g. click rates, report rates) on behalf of our clients to produce the reports described on this site.
We use collected information to deliver our phishing simulation and reporting services, communicate with you about your account or engagement, and improve our offering. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Simulation data is retained only as long as needed to deliver reporting and support cyber-insurance or audit documentation, and is protected using industry-standard security controls. No real credentials are ever captured or stored during simulations.
